Show your Curves Fashions!

I love the new draping and flowing Silhouettes styles I posted this week at Plus Size Women’s Clothing, and a bit on its suits and dresses, I also love the, (I think of them as), Show Your Curves styles of SWAKdesigns women’s clothing! Like this dress below, which seems to be going fast, and if I could get my bust size down to its smallest 42” bust = 5X size, I would have gotten one by now.

I’ve got to loose 5” there to fit this dress, but luckily they have form fitting fashions I could fit into! Which is great because, when you are large busted, and plus sized, it is so easy to appear matron formed, (EEECH). I doubt any women could appear matron formed in this dress!
Their Stephanie blouse sizes run a bit different, a 5X = a 50” bust, and 52” waist, a 4X = 48” bust with a 50”waist. So on the one hand you have to check each item’s size, on the other at SWAKdesigns the size chart is on the same page with the apparel’s descripton, not on another page or in another window! This blouse has a tie sash in the back, you can adjust the waist to your liking! It appears to be sheer so you’d need a camisole under it, but 100% cool cotton!

One of their new evening dresses is featured in their banner in the right column of our dresses page right now. On that page is a beautiful form fitting dress by Kiyonna, whose styles often show that they know form fitting is often your most flattering look!
Here is their unique Interchangeable Wrap Skirt, I believe it is shown with their, one size fits bust 34 – 54, waist 34 – 54, length 28 – 38, Plus Size Seamless Cami Tank One size that comes in 7 colors. This skirt can be worn at a gala or brunch. It is two 9’ long panels of fabric that can be worn as skirts, tunics and several different dress styles, as well as dresses shirts, total 7 different ways, including a strappy evening dress style that incorporates your bra straps right into it!

While SWAK Designs has many body hugging and skimming styles, and lots of new arrivals and customer favorites, this sheer sleeve top, I believe, would make a good staple in many women’s wardrobes! It comes in sizes up to 7X, 66” bust 62” waist 74” hips, in brown as well as black.

Cotton and Sports Full Figure and Large Cup Bras

By summer bras, I mean, high cotton content bras. Vanity Fair’s Pure large cup Bras are 60% cotton, a cotton jersey bra that comes in sizes 30D to 38J. However, Kalyani’s Natural Charm full figure bras, a 49% cotton bra, comes in sizes 28D to 40K. Follow their name links above to learn more about them.

Now for full figure and large cup sports bras!
This one below, Royce’s Impact Free Sports Bra, is 81% cotton, you can find it in lingerie, under sports bras, at Bravissimo below in sizes 28D to 40J. Figleaves also carries it, in sizes 30D to 38J, and has reviews.

Freya has their equally highly rated Active Sports Bra below. Both Figleaves and Bravissimo carry both underwire version of these bras in sizes 28D to 38H, as well as its soft cup version in sizes 28D to 40H. These bras are made of moisture wicking, breathable coolmax.

I have not tried the above two bras, but wear this Enell Sports Bra ,, while jumping around on my Urban Rebounder, and I wear 36J. This bra is very NO BOUNCE. They have their own sizing, which you will find right under this bra’s description at Bigger Bras. That’s the comfort and action bras I am thinking of trying, and the Enell I recommend, for SERIOUS NO BOUNCE in a sports bra. The Enell sports bra is just 90% nylon, and 10% lycra, no cotton about it. When I think of exercising, or moving at all, out doors, especially in the hot weather, I think cotton. How about you?

Cushioned Bra Straps vs. Weight Lifting re: bra straps and shoulder comfort

I was comparing prices between Bali’s seductive curves smooth cup plunge plus size bras at different stores, and recalled how nice the same style cushioned straps felt on my then sore shoulders felt back when I could fit into Bali’s Satin Tracings bras
below.

Then it dawned on me, ‘My shoulders don’t hurt!’ Normally they are sore, especially in the hot weather. Now I wear a J cup size, and as lovely as my favorite bras are, Panache's Super Bra Tango II and Harmony Bras large cup bras do not have cushioned straps!

Nevertheless, my shoulders have not hurt lately. I have to assume it is because about 5 weeks ago, and I took all of last week off, I started lifting weights, about 3 to 5 times a week. Not only do they not hurt, looking at them, they are not red and pink under the bra straps either!

If you have sore shoulders, it seems you might be able to effectively take a load off them by doing the same. When I have a chance I will look into what the exercises I have been doing are called, or preferably a link to their descriptions, so you-all can enjoy them ‘Hey my shoulder feel fine and look good!’ effect too!
